ИЗУЧЕНИЕ ЦЕСТОД РЫБ БАССЕЙНА РЕКИ ЗАРАФШАН НА ОСНОВЕ АНАЛИЗА НУКЛЕОТИДНЫХ ПОСЛЕДОВАТЕЛЬНОСТЕЙ

Abstract
По результатам анализа ядерного и митохондриального нуклеотидной последовательностей в бассейне реки Зарафшан, отмечено генетическое разнообразие цестод. Анализ последовательностей 18S рДНК выявил наличие неполовозрелых стадий Ligula у разных карповых рыб и одного протеоцефалида у сома Siluris glanis. Последний очень похож на представителей рода Proteocephalus. Дополнительный анализ митохондриального гена субъединицы I цитохром-С-оксидазы (мтДНК Cox1) показал наличие у изученных представителей рода Ligula двух филогенетических клад.
